EE

EE stores are designed to offer customers an immersive and personal shopping experience, providing multiple digital touchpoints in store. Ivista were tasked to provide a content management and scheduling service across a complex and multi layered network. 

Digital window displays with the latest product and price offers entice customers into the store. Once in store, experiential zones give customers the chance to get hands on with the latest tech. As they walk through customers are encouraged to check 5G/4G EE network coverage, sample TV content via a selection of screens and interact with highlight tables demonstrating products from Apple, Samsung and Google. 

This dynamic retail experience requires our content management teams to work as an extension of EE marketing, scheduling a wide range of fast changing content to hundreds of displays every day, ensuring a seamless customer journey throughout the store.

Sky

 

We are proud to have been working with Sky Retail since 2007 and be part of their exciting retail transformation, as they have grown from strength to strength, becoming the largest ‘in Mall’ retailer in Europe.

From installation of the first digital screen into a Sky kiosk to opening their first ever retail shops and the recent launch of Sky Glass, Ivista have been an integral part of the core retail team, which now delivers a 360-degree digital retail experience to fully immerse shoppers in all that Sky has to offer.

We provide a host of integrated solutions to ensure the Sky customer journey is seamless and uninterrupted. Ivista Connect, bonded broadband, maximises bandwidth in a challenging mall environment, to deliver stunning 4K content demonstrations and to support the unrivalled variety of digital experiences and interactive customer touchpoints in store. Ivista Live is designed to proactively manage all aspects of the digital network across 400 hubs, pods, shops and partner sites such as Currys, across the UK and ROI, which together with our national team of support engineers gives Sky the peace of mind that their customers will enjoy the best possible visual experience during their visit.

From installation of the first digital screen into a Sky store to replace traditional point of sale, Ivista have been an integral part of the core retail team, which now delivers a 360-degree digital retail experience to immerse shoppers in Sky content and technology.

We provide a host of integrated solutions to ensure the Sky customer experience is seamless and uninterrupted. Bannatyne Health Clubs

Bannatyne wanted to further enhance and support their members’ journey throughout their premium health club and spas by promoting fantastic member offers and wellness tips on high impact, digital screens nationwide.

In partnership with Zoom Media, the music, entertainment, and communication provider to over 800 health clubs across the UK, Ivista installed and managed the national roll out of digital six sheets across 67 Bannatyne clubs.

Our expertise in end-to end management across both design and delivery and our meticulous project leadership, gave Zoom Media and Bannatyne the confidence to choose us to deliver a robust and reliable solution, so they could focus on commercialisation and member engagement.

Ivista created a fit for purpose, integrated solution which is proactively managed, providing a fast, effective and transparent support service for Bannatyne. The screens have provided an engaging way to connect with members and promote the variety of exclusive benefits available to them.

NewRiver

Following the acquisition of Broadway Shopping Centre, NewRiver were looking for a partner to refresh and regenerate the digital screen offering in the mall.

With our extensive experience of working with digital media solutions within shopping centres, we were best placed to provide a totally managed, full-service solution for Broadway. This included bespoke design and installation of back to back, high brightness, 65” digital pods which enlivened the mall space and have proved to be highly attractive to advertisers and retailers to target shoppers.

Our all-encompassing solution gives NewRiver the ability to effectively communicate with their customers in a dynamic, flexible and engaging way, whilst seeing a measurable return on investment.

New River

The Gym Group

The Gym Group is one of the fastest growing health clubs in the country. With new clubs opening regularly, they recognise the value in keeping their members informed and engaged with their latest fitness initiatives and health benefits, promoted on digital six sheets in high traffic areas throughout the club. In partnership with Zoom Media, The Gym Group digital network offers a national advertising platform, connecting brands with active lifestyle consumers.

Ivista developed a highly effective and efficient solution to support the roll out of over 450 digital six sheets in 200+ gyms. Our solution ensures that screens and media players are proactively managed, monitored and remotely supported to deliver continuous member engagement.

As one of the fastest growing national health clubs, we are proud to work alongside Zoom and The Gym Group to provide an uninterrupted media channel, reaching consumers when they are focused, positive and receptive.

The Globe Theatre

Shakespeare’s Globe is a world-renowned performing arts venue, cultural attraction and education centre, located on the bank of the River Thames, London.

As part of a digital signage refurbishment, we were invited to regenerate the media offering within the public spaces and box office area, to give the onsite team the ability to manage and publish event content.

Ivista provided a fully flexible solution which allows staff to change signage in real time and manage visitor messaging and box office demand, particularly during busy periods.

The Globe’s diverse, seasonal programme of performances, projects and tours are promoted on a video wall at the heart of the foyer, which has proved to be extremely successful in providing a focal point to connect with visitors.

The engaging content follows through to other screens in the window and foyer areas providing continuity for visitors to enjoy during their time at this extraordinary landmark venue.
